Mission:
Techweek’s mission is to showcase, celebrate and enable emerging innovation ecosystems in the great cities of America.
History:
Techweek had its inaugural Chicago conference in late July of 2011, garnering 2,500 attendees and over 1,250 unique brands and businesses from all over the world. The conference doubled in size the following year with 6,000 registered attendees and included: an expo, a hiring fair, a developer summit, a gaming lounge, workshops, riverside parties, and much more.
