Versicor Announces Judges and Criteria for Ideas to Action Contest

Versicor, an electronics, software and controls development company recently revealed its panel of judges for its Ideas to Action Contest (http://goversicor.com/ideas-2-action/). Judges include Versicor President Christie Coplen, Co-Founder Tom Sawarynski, Director of Quality Systems at Medtronic Eric Henry, Executive Director of Rocky Mountain Innosphere Deanna Scott, and Global Sales Manager at Woodward Inc., John Chapuseaux.

The judges will select top companies in the medical device, clean tech and transportation industries to have their idea transformed into a product. Judging criteria is based on originality, feasibility, and potential benefit to end users. The judges are looking for submissions that go above and beyond, that push the boundaries of creativity, and that will positively impact the way people live their lives on a daily basis. Judges were selected based on their contributions to the advancement of the engineering industry and overall expertise in evaluating award-winning, innovative projects.

The first round of applications is open through August 15, 2014. Versicor encourages companies that are interested in submitting to do so as soon as possible as submissions are filling up.
